What does Bruce think?

Hoping that Bruce at the River takes some time to weigh-in on Alan Dershowitz. Would it be appropriate for Alan to share a cell with Cheney while they wait for adjudication of their war crimes? Or should Alan get a pass since he’s a private citizen writing from academia?

My ¢2 is he shouldn’t have to share a cell. I’ll bet Ramsey Clark would be happy to represent him during his trail.

Being forced to share a cell with Cheney would be considered “cruel and unusual punishment” – perhaps even torture. And of course, the US does not allow or participate in such…
    Give him his own cell.

ugh. i just listened to 30-minute version the interview with Dipshit.

Sonofabitch loves him some Israeli war crimes. Says he’d love to commit them himself.

I don’t think he has any idea what he is saying. I really don’t.

Cretinity. To the max. I’m going to be sick.

    >Norman Finkelstein doesn’t think much of the torture perfesser either.

Is Norman a “holocaust minimizer” or is that just Zionist name-calling? Have his bedfellows made him just the eentsiest bit strange?

Far from it, Frank. Finkelstein knows more than he cares to about the Shoah. He’s a critic of the Holocaust Industry, and the enormous harm performed in its name. Zionism is not as well loved amongst Jews as Dershowitz and his bedfellows, the apocalyptics and the democracy through targeted cruise missiles crowd, would have people believe.
