Blackwater

by Frank Paynter on September 19, 2007

American mercenaries seem to have used excessive and indiscriminate force in a frightening situation this week.   Blackwater, the private army and security company with close ties to BushCo, operates in a gray area of the law.  The use of mercenaries permits the US government to operate outside of the Geneva accords that regulate the behavior of troops.  The mercenaries themselves are not bound by the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the law that regulates American military personnel.

The existence of this private army is troubling, particularly at a time when a nuclear warhead may have gone missing and the world is concerned that BushCo intends another false flag operation, this one nuclear, to justify nuclear war with Iran and incidentally to declare martial law in the US.
