Continuity

Disaster planning used to be last on everybody’s list.  According to the Head Lemur, though, business continuity budgets are rising.  If this is true, can business continuity blogging be far behind?

I guess i would ask .. isn’t business continuity becoming more about blogging ? About listening to your customers, being responsive, working out the warts and triumphs publicly WITH your customers ? And having that interactivity link available for reference, for gathering feedback, and for testing out new responses and directions ?
