In all of these actions and decisions, President George W. Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President, and subversive of constitutional government, to the prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States. Wherefore, President George W. Bush, by such conduct, is guilty of an impeachable offense warranting removal from office.

  1. nice pipedream and I guess it;s good to have it on an official congressional record, but we all know that’s as far as it will go. The Dems will never do a damn thing about it, they lack the balls.

  2. Too much “gaming” going on. He either is a war criminal or he is not. He either has committed impeachable offenses or he has not. The attempt by Pelosi and company to game the system to avoid political consequences puts her (them) in league with him. The impeachment is certainly one of those matters that must be addressed directly and fearlessly, regardless of fallout.

  3. Impeach ! It would be one of the few positive uses of time from this sitting House and Senate, and would provide an initial step (which needs to be taken) back to a system of operable checks and balances.
