“On [his] watch…”

    The phrase "on my watch" is so much pretentious bullshit exceeded only by the delusional "not on MY watch!"  Bush is reported to have written "Not on my watch" in the margins of a report on the genocide in Rwanda.  I’m sure he meant that the Rwanda thing didn’t happen on his watch so he couldn’t be blamed for it.  He has other excuses for the things that have happened on his so called "watch."
