National Conference for Media Reform

The National Conference for Media Reform

I’m going to be there (touch wood). Looking at the speakers list I’m thinking someone should start a dead pool. I have a sick sense of humor. But I’m jesting in earnest. Where are the people under thirty? Even Rosa Clemente and Davey D. have passed that line.

I’m hoping I’ll find the young people in the panels and the workshops. When the first of these gatherings was held in Madison three years ago, they drew 1700 people. Not all of them were as old as Jesse Jackson and Jane Fonda.

Ponzi and Chris

December 11, 2006

I wonder where Chris and Ponzi headed on their honeymoon? All my good wishes to both for a long and happy life together.
