Exit Polls

While you wait breathlessly for the "Why do you blog?" survey to be edited and posted at the IT Kitchen (and cross posted here I suspect), take a look at the Presidential election exit poll data and be amazed!

Speaking of American polls, if anyone sees Marek, tell him we’re waiting for his response to the survey.

Hey, I just blogged this too. Our friend at Electoral Vote Predictor blogged it as well, which is how I found it.

(I don’t know if Marek could improve upon the answer he already blogged on Nov. 10 http://kombinat.blogs.com/kombinat/2004/11/the_rise_and_fa.html — “The Rise and Fall of Blogging.” Exploratory learning.)

Yes. And in fact I cruised through youir place for my visit to Tanenbaum’s site where I found the link to this thing, but having given Tanenbaum enough credit over the years, I decided just to steal the link and not complete the bloggular attribution cycle of links to links within links.

If I had stolen it directly from you I would have done a proper attribution though. Really.

Oh great. Bruce points to Marek’s post on blogging which I lifted and tranlated into English as my response to your question. Now you and Bruce are going to look like complete fools.

Speaking of things to tell the Typepad people about: the site is supposed to remember me, asi have checked that box a zillion or so times. But 9 x out of 10 it doesn’t remember me.

Could this be early onset . . .

Are software programs vulnerable to such things? Short-term memory loss, hmm, that sounds like either the computer to my right, or a different problem.
