The cold water pipe burst this morning behind the shower. It’s a modular unit and there’s no easy access. Les the plumber from "all comfort" is sawing the sheet-rock wall in the stair case right now in order to be able to get in there and fix the pipe. Les is confident and competent. It’s good to be able to turn it over to him and just stay out of his hair.
It’s not good to have to pay so much for the service.
It’s good how quickly he got it done.

It’s good that he explained to Beth about how turning the heat up and down is a false economy.
