At the risk of falling on my face explaining the unexplainable… the “All your base are belong to us” meme raced around the world like a swine flu virus a few years ago. This flash production has simply pounded on it raising it from silly gamer trope to low high-art.
The issue of intentionality defies discernment, but it is likely that the original “all your base” code signified that the whole world does NOT speak English. It was thought then by many (including me) that the silly phrase was simply a misconstruction by a non-native speaker from the far east.
Not having any young people in my sphere, I have finally stopped my pop culture growth at computer/video games. I have a distinct aversion to symbolic violence. I have also, after thirty-five years of weekly Billboard readings (from cover 2 cover) and avid radio listening, stopped having any awareness of pop “music”. This means many screaming memes are wafting by that my large schnozola simply fails to detect.
Once, in an internet cafe in Neuilly, Paris, I became so dismayed at all the young French school children spending their afternoons virtually killing everything in sight. I dreamt of buying them all accordians, Gauloises and berets!

Call me dull and slow, but… is this some kind of comment on modern “the whole world/universe speaks” English?
U no, like, 2 bacon on breakfast menu?
Orthogonal to that I think, Peter.
