Celebrating two years blogging, Winston has begun an exercise he calls “Five Steps to Better Navel Gazing.” About blogging he says,

Thanks for the plug. Later on in one of the chapters I take on the personna of a hamster in a spinnign cage. Somewhere in there is a rat in the cellar of my mind…
