The specific details of the resolution are still pending, but proponents of the resolution are praising it as a victory for all those concerned with the environmental and health issues surrounding the construction of overhead lines such as the 345,000 volt line currently being proposed by American Transmission Corporation for construction along Highway 13 in Waunakee.
