Last Straw

posted in Peace and Politics |

Will this be the one that brings Bush down?  Anyone who is a reasonable judge of character has long been aware that Bush is virtually unemployable, that there is no level of any organization where he will fit in, and there is no individual skill set that would make him valuable to any community in any job more complex than mucking out the stables.  He’s a mean-spirited, ill-tempered son-of-a-bitch who would set the winter fuel in Britain on fire if it would melt the polar cap faster so his business partners can drill in the arctic.

So, having sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America,  he now calls it just a piece of paper…  is anyone worried?  Remember Agnew.  We’ll have to ease the mobster sidekick out of office before we can send Bush packing.

The FBI needs to help Thompson convince his sources to come out and confirm that Bush is guilty.

Seriously - I’d put more credence in this story if it were being reported anywhere but Captiol Hill Blue. What staffers? Name some names, let some testimony be heard.

Thus far every hit on google yea unto the fifth page for the phrase “It’s just a goddamned piece of paper” is a reposting of the original story from Capitol Hill Blue on other blogs.

You’ve got to have more than this to bring a sitting President down.

Have you ever mucked out a stable? I have. Six years wortha high-Nitro sheepshit. I don’t think Bush would make the cut on that one either.

I’d've made it a link, but your blogware doesn’t let me do such a thing. Must be some Republican Red State software conspiracy.

I take back that comment. Apparently it does work, but in preview mode that remains a secret.

    yes, well…
    1) Brian, I agree that the anonymity of the sourcing on this is challenging, but Doug Thompson looks pretty professional to me. Read this on Thompson, by Thompson.

And there is plenty more than this… the entire structure of deception used to pull us into war. But this is a case where he foreswears his oath of office, sufficient unto itself to topple the junior tyrant.

    2) RB, I hate to argue about this but I think that with proper instruction and close supervision, Bush could convert his thousands of hours of exercise machine experience to the public good. I think he indeed could shovel shit as long as he was monitored closely and prevented from playing in it, putting it in his mouth, etc.

    3) Dean, yes. Happy happy to you too, but until this confirmed by another source, well… I just won’t believe it.
