Well now that title tweeted sure got me here in a trice. (Trice?) Damn, I miss him, though the absurd-fest might be too much even for dear HST, ya think?
I think I see the similarity. Both Thompson and Palin liked to play with guns. I was listening to George Will this morning and when asked about Palin’s resignation he said, “I listened to her statement twice and read the transcript once and I still don’t have any idea what she’s talking about.” I wondered at the time why he read the transcript. Now I know. The delivery may have been rambling and incoherent, but her posting is indistinguishable from an under achieving middle schooler. God I love Paul Begala.
