Nice one. Saw her and this lineup on the same tour (circa Mingus) but at the Greek Theater in LA.

Coyote’s in the coffee shop
He’s staring a hole in his scrambled eggs
He picks up my scent on his fingers
While he’s watching the waitresses’ legs

Indeed.

I was thinking recently of the ’strangers’ I will miss when they die. Really miss.

Vonnegut is one. Joni is another. Oodles do not spring to mind. Still working on it…
