I was listening to George Will this morning and when asked about Palin's resignation he said, "I listened to her statement twice and read the transcript once and I still don't have any idea what she's talking about." I wondered at the time why he read the transcript. Now I know. The delivery may have been rambling and incoherent, but her posting is indistinguishable from an under achieving middle schooler.
