i’m tired of “artists slash musicians” who use f-f-f-flash. i would Love to see French & Saunders do an Eno sketch. they could get his pretentious John Mayburyesque made up accent just so.

Eno makes David Lynch look like Einstein. i predict Harold Budd is a no show and Jon Hassell, that cheap and sneaky bastard who underhandedly ripped this single mother out of some publishing (and bored her to death with fashion talk), is ultra-present and still very short. my six cents.

i’m going to go do some random act of kindness. Budd’s the only one worth paying attention to. seen him down the chip shop once.

But dudes, c’mon, if one steps back to read between the lines and listen to what Eno is saying in the audio of that awful website, one will note Eno is promoting using any old screen of any sort to show his boring, pretentious humpty-million changes ego-glossing trumpted up iTunes visualiser side-show. That includes wall panels, nitpickers! ;D

If I lived in SanFran, I’d take the ticket Frank — just so I could go stand there holding an ‘EQUAL RIGHTS FOR ROBOTS’ sign.

What wall panel? The website claims it uses the screen of you computer or television. The computer at least is going to be on anyway.

At least this is my habit – if I’m at my desk the laptop/computer is on. But then all of my work IS on the computer.

The TV bit I didn’t see before – so I can see how that could consume more electrons that would otherwise not be on.

That would be cool to have the next time I have people over …

None? I don’t see people spinning up their computer just to watch it. They’ll already have the computer on for other tasks. Okay the DVD drive would be working to load the image into RAM. Every time you launch it.

Ah – the eco friendly thing to do would be to copy it to you drive and run it there; you only incur a one-time cost to spin up the DVD.

I might have a ticket available if you’re there and can use it.
