Best Friends - Baby and Pug Video

Thanks to Edward Vielmetti’s blog for the link. I wasn’t going to post today, standing down to respect the marchers against cyberbullies, but perhaps this is better than silence.

thanks for that, frank. i was up late putting together a playlist for a memorial / “passing party” this afternoon for a good friend of mine who died at the untimely age of 45 this past january.

israel kamakawiwo’ole was one of the singers she listened to a lot in her last few years. this is making me teary, which is a good thing.

Yes .. would that we humans were as consistently fine as dogs (which is I know a complicated generalization).

My brother’s dog does an amazing ritualized happy dance whenever anyone in the family appears. I often wish my friends did that when I appear, or that I did the same when they appeared.

    FP,
Wiping away the tears here …

Best wishes for your “Voice”, and better Visions for all.

Glad you chose not to be silent as this post has brought tears to my eyes, too. I enjoy myself here as I did at Sandhill Trek.

The innocence and pure joy in this video is breathtaking. Thank you so much for posting it; I needed the reminder that such tiny, happy beings exist in our grown up world.

Hugs to you, new friend. :)

Aw dude, now I’m all emo.
I want to be with my dogs now. :(

    Thank you.

the girls and i huddled around this machine to watch this this morning. our dogs, understandably jealous, refused to watch.

(funny note: i opened your tab and rb’s tab at the same time and thought the music was on his blog… )

oh please can you turn off the auto play on this.

    Frank Paynter 03.31.07 at 2:53

don’t know how to modify the autoplay… converted it to a link. it was driving me nuts too.

Awesome video. I’m hoping Emma, my daughter, and Xena, my pup, as they grow, develop a friendship that tight. That girl’s giggles match Emma’s exactly :)
