If I am one of the 131 million pairs of eyeballs that Yahoo counts, I must clarify that I am not a pair of sticky eyeballs.

I'd really like to do a tally on the claims of all providers of stick and glue. We'd find that America's population is roughly twelve billion. How many other of the 131 million are the same as you, tossing discs into the void. My guess is half. Of that half, half are paying attention. Of that half, half are imbeciles. Of that half, half live below the poverty line and are of no use to advertisers other than those peddling lottery tickets and gutrot. The other half of that half are in charge. The eyeball bubble is set to burst. The Hidden Hand of the Marketplace can no longer get into your pants so its down its own shorts.
