However, even if the Biblical language were reclaimed or taken over it wouldn't achieve anything. The affinity for apocalypse of the wingnuts is the same as the state of exception for the secular power freaks. It has nothing to do with any thoughts on the nature of the divine or an attempt to pass ethical culture from generation to generation. The wingnut religious intellectuals are justification content providers. They have a business model and a political agenda.
