Fortunately, with the wet spring and early summer, the little wild <a href="http://wisplants.uwsp.edu/scripts/detail.asp?SpCode=RUBOCC" rel="nofollow">black-caps</a> are abundant and ripening faster than I can eat them one at a time. Yesterday, Roomie made a trek to one of the many local farmer's markets around here and came back with some fresh peaches (I'm thinking homemade peach icecream on 4th) and the most beautiful blackberries I've ever seen. They are the size of golfballs. Couldn't resist popping one in my mouth... Ahhhh ... scrumptious. Can hardly wait for the cobbler. Be by around 2:00…

Yesterday, Roomie made a trek to one of the many local farmer’s markets around here and came back with some fresh peaches (I’m thinking homemade peach icecream on 4th) and the most beautiful blackberries I’ve ever seen.
