It's quite easy to spell, pronounce, and remember if you break it up into bite-sized pieces: pneu mono ultra micro scopic silico volcano coniosis. That'll teach the antidisestablishmentarianists. (Hey, that's one letter longer than antidisestablishmentarianism!) I always answered “What’s the longest word in the dictionary?” with “pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis”. It’s quite easy to spell, pronounce, and remember if you break it up into bite-sized pieces:
