After a while food loses all appeal. If not for Diabetes-related getting-of-the-shakes, I might never eat again. Except at Katz's, which has not vanished from my lifestyle nor my diet since undertaking (heh heh) this reduction program. Lotsa room in the pants, need belts or they wobble down some considerable distance. . . and since I do not dress in haute hip-hop couture, one must hold maintain some sense of waist when holding up the pants. This roominess is a daily reminder and reinforcement. Soon I'll be but half the man I used to be, as the saying goes. FWIW, I am down about 20 lbs since September.
