Who ever would've thought that the cursed Red Sox would be responsible for Yankee fans having to say, "wait til next year?" I remain amazed that gravity, oxygen, and the natural order of things seem to still be in place. After all, we have now seen an historic and unnatural event. Woe is me, and all the fellow fans of the storied franchise with the most League and Series pennants. Of course, things are out of the natural order: Than Yankees have not prevailed since dubya was appointed. Aha! That settles it. Now I know where the blame truly lies. At least we can vote to change this horrid situation. Kerry in office, and his favorite team, the Red Sox, losing once again to The Yankees.
